What they need: ADVANCE NOTICE that bedtime is coming.
Why: Manifestors HATE being told "go to bed NOW." It feels controlling. They need time to mentally prepare for the transition.
Quick Tip: "Bedtime is in 30 minutes. Start thinking about wrapping up." Give them heads up so they can initiate their own wind-down 💪
What DOESN'T work: "It's bedtime! Go!" (Instant resistance and power struggle)
💡 Generator Children
What they need: To EXHAUST their energy before bed.
Why: Generators have massive sustainable energy. If they don't use it up during the day, they CAN'T sleep. Their bodies are still buzzing.
Quick Tip: Build in physical activity before bedtime. "Let's do 10 jumping jacks to use up that last bit of energy!" Then they'll actually be ready to sleep ✨
What DOESN'T work: Expecting them to go from high energy to sleep instantly. They need to discharge first!
⚡ Manifesting Generator Children
What they need: Active wind-down AND permission to skip bedtime "steps."
Why: MGs have tons of energy PLUS they resist linear routines. They need to discharge energy but hate rigid "first this, then that" bedtime sequences.
Quick Tip: "Before bed you need: pajamas, teeth, and story. You choose the order!" Let them move fast and skip unnecessary steps 🎨
What DOESN'T work: Rigid routines. "First bath, then pajamas, then teeth, then..." (They'll resist HARD)
👁️ Projector Children
What they need: Earlier bedtime AND wind-down time.
Why: Projectors don't have sustainable energy. By evening, they're DONE. They need more rest than other Types—and they need to start winding down earlier.
Quick Tip: Start bedtime routine 30-60 minutes earlier than you think. They need slow, gentle wind-down. No rushing 🌙
What DOESN'T work: Keeping them up as late as Generator siblings. They'll be overtired and WIRED.
🌙 Reflector Children
What they need: CALM environment for HOURS before bed.
Why: Reflectors absorb all the energy around them. If the house is chaotic before bed, they're absorbing chaos. They can't just "turn off."
Quick Tip: Dim lights, quiet activities, and peaceful energy starting at dinner time. Create calm they can reflect 🕊️
What DOESN'T work: Loud TV, family chaos, or exciting activities before bed. They absorb ALL of it and can't settle.
